22- Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying,
23 – Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.
AS PROPHET
DEUTERONOMY 18:15 – The Lord thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken:
ACTS 3:19-22 –Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;

AS PRIEST
PSALMS 110:4 – The Lord hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.
HEBREWS 6:20- Whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.
AS KING
ISAIAH 9:6-7- For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
7- Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.
I TIMOTHY 6:15 – Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lord.
HIS REJECTION
ISAIAH 53:3 – He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

5 – And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead?
6- He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee.
7- Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.
8- And they remembered his words,
9- And returned from the sepulcher, and told all these things unto the eleven, and to all the rest.
HIS KINGDOM
DANIEL 2:44 – And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.
MATTHEW 16:18-19 –And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
19- And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
HIS DEATH
ISAIAH 53:12 – There will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.
LUKE 23:33- And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left.
HIS RESURRECTION
PSALMS 16:10- For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

ACTS 17:11- These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

ACTS 20:32 – And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.
TO BE READY FOR JUDGMENT
JOHN 12:48- He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him; the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.
